1. Update COVID-19 information.
Do you have any Covid-19 prevention strategies in your store?
The most important thing we want to assure is your health and safety throughout this time.
We take great care to sanitize and wash our hands on a regular basis. We ensure that your order is virus-free by disinfecting it. (This is our promise.)
How has Covid-19 caused your order to be delayed?
Shipping may be delayed for a few days during Covid-19, but when you come to the store, you may be confident in our shipping service. We’ll do everything we can to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.
Without a doubt, we will always be there for you and deliver you the greatest stuff.

2.Orders and Delivery
Do you ship to countries other than the United States? (region other than the United States)
Yes, I have. We ship orders all over the world, including Canada, Kuwait, Singapore, and even Peru.
Store shipping from the United States to anywhere in the world
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is confirmed, we will process your order immediately. And about 1 week after we confirm the order, you will receive the product.
For custom orders, delivery time will be 1-2 days longer. We need time to make the perfect product.
Note that on weekends or public holidays, orders may be delayed by at least a few days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send an order tracking code via email, you can access the link and track your order.
What if I don’t receive an email?
Please check in the spam message section.
IIf you still haven’t seen our email, we may not have shipped it yet, and please email us if you would like to update your order information.
I placed the wrong order – can you fix it for me?
Do not worry. If you want to change the size, color, or any other adjustments, we will accommodate your request.
Please send a request to us within the first 24 hours of your order. If we haven’t emailed you yet, we’ll do our best.
If the order address is wrong, we may change the address if the order has not been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed. We are very sorry about this.
3.Vouchers/discount codes
Do I have a gift certificate?
The gift certificate is automatically emailed to the email address you entered. You can send it directly to the recipient or forward it from your own email.
How can I use the gift voucher code?
When you visit our checkout page you will see a section that says “apply code”, apply your code there.
How can I use a discount code in my cart?
Add your favorite items to your cart and go through the checkout process.
You’ll see an “Apply Code” section. Put your code in there.
